I explore what
connects
different worlds.

Niccolò Avanzi. I work across audio, hospitality and sensory research, bringing together creative vision and technical expertise. For over fifteen years, I have developed projects that shape identity, atmosphere and perception.

From music composition and production to beverage design, my approach is understated and attentive to detail. A song, a menu, a service: different expressions of the same exploration, guided by sensitivity, method and care in execution.

A little more about my practice +

My practice brings together sound design, editing and mixing with experience in premium hospitality, spanning signature drinks, recipe development and research into ingredients and botanical infusions. I release original music and explore the relationship between rhythm, tension, memory and atmosphere.

I also work in artistic direction and training for hospitality teams. I use artificial intelligence to support ideation and prototyping, keeping artistic intention at the centre.

I collaborate remotely and on site, with a flexible, international approach.
